week two of isolation

week one

What Have we learned from self- isolation? There is beauty and peace in solitude, it is time to listen to your inner voice, listen to it!
It’s time to remember who we are deep inside.

Time to actually be with ourselves and within ourselves and to be comfortable with who we are.
Many people love to have a busy and hectic life because it allows them to not have time to be with with themselves. The truth is you aren't ever truly alone. Nowadays distractions are everywhere, true and genuine solitude is a welcome change to the mind and body.

Many do fear being alone and that is totally alright it's normal and it's human.

Boredom is overrated.

In these unprecedented times, this is also opportunity to know ourselves to meditate and know ourselves from within, so when all this is over and it will be over, we can come back into society, more present, more attentive and empathetic humans.
The person you are in the privacy of your home is the real you, not the what others perceive you as or what you want to be perceived as.

not the what others perceive you as or what you want to be perceived as.

While we are all isolating, we have been made aware of what's essential and important to us. And it's truly made many people to pay attention to others and the world around us. Once we connect with ourselves, connecting and understanding with others will become easier.

The truth is you aren't ever truly alone.

“Enjoy this abundance of free time because you'll probably not have this amount of time to be at peace with yourself ever again”.

The human mind is a powerful machine use it, understand it, train it. Take this time to focus yourself on what is essential and important and what brings you happiness but most of all peace and tranquility
